Dayt 89 Meals

Two grilled cage free eggs
Grilled Chicken w/mixed greens, litte chedder cheese, tomatos, and an omega trail mix pack
Almond pack and Trail mix pack
Flounder, green beans
2 Crystal lite pops (one teaspoon of Flemmings Chocolate Pecan Pie) WOW!

Day 89 Last Week

Last week I did not follow a strict diet per say. I did bring my nut serving packs which saved me. I ordered salads as much as possible. I did not eat fries, which I would normally do on vacation. I was happy with not gaining anything. I have a lot on my plate right now so you wont hear from me again unitl Saturday. I will continue to document my meals. 

Day 88 Meals

Egg Beaters
Grilled Chicken Salad with Newmans Balsamic
2 packs of Almonds
A small dinner Ceaser, pulled off the croutons. Ate one small pc of bread plain, 8 oz Filet, 3/4 of a palm of shoe string potatoes, tablespoon of mashed potatoes, and two tablespoons of corn. I went to a customer dinner with a Supplier and my boss. We went to Flemmings. I did not have dessert but brought home the extra for dessert for Suz to eat. I did have 3 cups of decaf coffee with a ttouch of cream and two glasses of wine.

Day 87 Pants

I am back. I doubt you missed me.

So this morning, I went through my closet examining my dress pants. And low and behold, to my delight, I now have three more pairs of pants that I can wear and my black belt, which I put two more ice pick holes, a few weeks back, are now looking a little silly on these "new" pants.

I have myself fitting back into 38 inch waist pants. I was in 42's and squeezing into 40's back when I started this journey. Also I have nice pair of Banana Republic Black Dress pants that are 36" waist that I can force myself into but they are still too tight for comfort. But I am closer to them. So I have 6 pairs of dress pants.

And Suzanne is still giving me the "You look horrible in those jeans" look but I am not going to waste money on hangout jeans. Not until they look like the new suit, suit pants we bought in November, will I buy a new pair. I bought a new suit around Thanksgiving and had it all fitted. And now the pants have all kinds of extra fabric and they look silly but they are black to its ok--you really don't notice, unless your name is Suzanne. Not until I the clothes look like they did on the little boy in Big will I buy new ones. Or have them taken in or burn them or donate them.
