- I am an Account Manager for a Fortune 250 chemical company. I earned a BA and MA in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing-Poetry from the University of Missouri. Close friends describe me as a Renaissance Man. I have battled the yo-yo of my weight off and on over the years. I hit rock bottom on Dec. 31, 2009 when I weighed in at 251 LBS. This blog documents my path back to health. Too many of us are needlessly overweight. It is time to say no to fat and I hope I can help my readers and followers in their own battle to stay healthy.
