All, I will blogging my meals at the end of the day everyday. My thinking is that this will force me to end the day's eating, like brushing your teeth, something my Father-In-Law would do to stop himself from eating.
BF--One sunny side up cage free egg (two pcs of toast--again Katie, prior to our discussion)
Snack--roasted unsalted Almonds serving pack
Lunch--The other half of the veggie wrap this time no tortilla (post discussion)
Snack--pc of celery, human suet(Katie's suggestion of nuts and honey,) and the little serving pack of nuts and cherry's too. ( I was starving because lunch was not much of anything)
Dinner--chicken, acorn squash, zucchini,
Dessert--one Crystal light raspberry lemonade Popsicle, and a cherry jello and black cherry jello both with a small bit of light whipped cream.
Did get on the gerbil machines again today for 50 mins and watch the US vs Canada Gold Cup Game.
