Really struggled today.
Gym again 50 mins on gerbil.
BFS--egg beaters and one cup bowl of Go Lean with Almond Breeze
SNK--Omega Trail Mix
LNCH--Panera's Chicken Cesear salad (nothing else...meaning no bread)
DNR--Eggplant, brussel sprouts, and Salmon
DRT--2 jello's with light whipped cream, bird food, 1 more jello w/out wc, and 1 cup of Fiber One w/Almond Breeze.
I am very tired. Having a tough time sleeping. Woke up at 4:45 am and could not get back to sleep. Too many thoughts.
