No more Sunday's off as I will be documenting my meals for everyday.
I hope you like the quote of the week. Really think about what Mr. Knight is saying. The story is that his dad told him this. I forget the circumstances, but I really like his simple straight forward, "look the day in the eyes," approach to life, no matter what the day throws you.
This is a great documentary, The Way We Get By, which follows the lives a three older adults, who get up everyday, no matter what time of day or night and drive to the airport in Bangor, Maine, and greet our soldiers as they come off the planes. No matter the weather or how physically bad these three people feel. The soldiers are always amazed, surprised and very joyful.
