SNK-Bird food and Ajvar (roasted red peppers, roasted egg plant, red pepper flakes) 2TBL Spoons
DNR-Bowl of chilli, (kidney beans, diced tomatoes, lean free range ground beef from WF)
DSRT--Crystal Light popcycle,and bird food, and two more table spoons of Ajvar.
Was starving today and chilli helped
Also just so you all know I have been going to gym everyday since last Saturday and running on the gerbil machines for 40-50 mins. I think I will take a break from that tomorrow to give my body a one day rest.
