Today was a real life test because we went out to dinner.
BF--Egg Beater omlete w/leftover fennel and just a touch of parm.
Snack-Omega 3 Trail mix from TJ's single serving
LNCH--grilled chicken ceaser
Snack-Zippo, nothing
Dinner--Whitimore House Family Night, Ceasar Salad, Fried Chicken (dont panic). I picked off all the fried and ate only the flesh, black eye'd peas, green beans, and one teaspoon of mashed potatoes (how is that for a serving size).
DSRT--Orbit peppermint gum and bird food. (They had pie and ice cream)
