Well, I can finally wear a watch again. And my wedding band is getting loose. Watch out Suzanne! Ha Ha. I feel good. I have been tired because I have not been sleeping well. But last night was a good sleep. It has more to do with everything around my job. There is just a ton of stuff going on. But overall I feel much better than I did on Janurary 1. My back is getting better. I am not as sore, meaning my legs, muscles and joints. I will continue with the aerobic for another month and then I will reintroduce weight training and eventually run. But we will see about the running because of my knees.
Ok so the weigh in was........234 lbs.....so I lost 5 lbs this week. Not sure why I did not lose more given my diet. I think my body is adjusting again. I am not panicing. Keep the eyes on the prize. I have not gone #2 for a couple of days so that may be the issue. If I can keep losing 5 lbs a week, I could lose 20lbs this month alone which could put me at 219 on March 30th, which is still on schedule for PB (Phoenix Bill).
WEIGH-IN UPDATE: 233 LBS......you know why. So 6 lbs since last Saturday.
SPRING IS HERE! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND. Go outside and get some vitamin D.
